how to deal with bullies.

There is always one.
Or two.
Or three.
Or ten.
At every school. ;) (yes, buttersnap)

The trick is...
Don't let your world revolve around the crap they come up with. :)
The moment you start going, 'oh my god... It's true'... They sense it. They win.
Let's admit it... At the end of the day after they have affected you, B*tches are powerful, as much as we like to deny it.
If you google how to deal with bullies, I can bet thirty thousand articles come up telling you that they are weak people who need attention to feel worthy.
Which is true, but not what you need to hear when they are picking on you.
I know it makes me feel like, 'if they are weak, what am i?' :S
But that's not true. You are strong, which is why you are the target.
And it's picking on people like you that give them the power.

I know what it feels like to just want to curl up in a ball and die because there is half truth to the things they are saying.

Truth is... If you overanalyse any statement made enough times, you will find that smidgen of truth in it.
So nomatter what you do, don't do an Izzletay and overanalyse it repetitively till you have no doubt in your head that indeed it is true. ;)

Best thing to do is ignore, though it is hard. Then everyone else will too. :) laugh it of

Next, have that support system you can depend on nomatter what and refer to them when you need help. Do NOT keep things to yourself, no issue is too small and if people are intentionally and repetitively hurting you, this is bullying.

Finally, whatever you do, do not make a formspring. Most stupid thing ever. :)

If you need any help dealing with a b*tch or two or thirty, don't hesitate to email me. :)
