I don't know about you, but I am one of those people who has to be motivated often to actually work.
And chances are, if you are on my blog, yur prob procrastinating. ;)
So,
I'm experiencing a high motivation moment. Like maybe... 75% on the motivation scale.
Ahhh, that's a tip for you. If you feel like procrastinating, think about where you are on the motivation scale. Think about why you aren't at 100% and think back to your long-term goals to motivate yourself.
Write down why you want to achieve what you want to. This may seem like procrastination, but if it stops you from going on to do nothing on msn or sulking about how you're gonna fail everything for the next three hours, it will be an investment.
I don't know how people without goals get through VCE. If I couldn't see my dream happening in front of my eyes, I would have dropped out of school in the first week of year 11.
Also, use the resources teachers give you. Like those days when they have motivational speakers or tips on memory techniques for exams, ACTUALLY LISTEN because it will help you.
Anyway, now I have to think about my own future and go and finish my homework (plus hopefully fit in a bit of study). This entry was just a bit of an update, just in case anyone was awaiting an entry ;) (I hate to be slack with entries, though I often am).
