the pre-nostalgia and just a little update ;)

So today is Wednesday. :D

I was just reading through  an old entry (lol, yes, I do stalk myself. Now that there is no AuthenticNerds account for me, this is where I'm back to spending my time. Not too much of it of course...)

And I said "boys want pretty girls."

Well, when I wrote that, my count of guy friends was at about .... 2.
lol xD

So I really had no idea what I was talking about.

And I wanted to take it back, coz I don't necessarily think it's true.
Well, it kind of is, but I think it was a major generalisation.

Thing is, as much as I have been conditioned to believe it,
Guys are not all that different from girls. Really.
They're no more superficial than we are generally.

Anyway, I've been doing alright with my workload this week. :)
Now, I have to remember not to have a fit when I get the crap sac results back from this week.... It's what I always do. I was not all that prepared for either my chem or spesh sac, so I can't expect perfect marks. Or near perfect. Or exceptional even. :P

I don't know if it's just me who does this but these days, when I'm daydreaming in class,
I start thinking about the fact that I only have 8 weeks of classes left.
Then I start thinking about the fact that those faces that I have grown to love ;) over the past 6 years.... Yeah. I'm not going to see them all that often.

Especially the girls in my spesh class, they happen to be the girls in nearly my every class.

I'm going to miss them. :')

List of random school crap that I feel nostalgic about already: 

• hearing fishfeet babble in korean through methods... while all the rest of us are like, what even?
• MY GROUP. I love every person in our friendship group truly with all of my heart. I love... everything about them. I love how the creative ones (aka deanne and dq) bake stuff for the sake of it. I love how we laugh at the most stupid things. 
• I love our frequent awkward moments when deanne goes, "soooo..... what's up, people?" or i start making a roll-away bee escape.
• My PC teacher is incredible. I admire her as a person, as much as I respect her as a teacher. 
• Sitting in RAS with cookie and bursting into fits of laughter... that's just how our relationship goes ;) 
• Spesh: when Mr HP explains an exercise in about 5 words and THAT look we all share. ;D
• Hearing fishfeet getting told off for being the resident chem rebel. GOSH for a girl I hardly knew last year, I'm going to miss her heaps :'D
• Days when I wag school (with parental permission) and I'm walking down the street and all the old women give me disapproving looks :D
• Getting tutored. LOL. I'm going to miss tsfx. :'D
• Moments when chip and cookie have their little tiffs xD
• Moments when madge and zara have their little tiffs xD
• LILWISEONE's HUGS. And lilwiseone's advice. And lilwiseone's smile. LOL. I'm not a pedo, i swear!
• This is a recent one.... walking down the corridor past that school bully and feeling a sense of satisfaction for the fact that I no longer have to fear her. 
• The year 11s that I've come to know this year. 
• Loving to hate those stupid swimming carnivals/curricular crap days/ retreats/ athletics carnivals/ cross-country that doesn't exist anymore - BECAUSE IT TAKES AWAY FROM SCHOOL TIME AND I AM A NERD. :) 

And here's something I regret already - my lack of friendship with haloman.
I FEEL LIKE I JUST USED HIM. :( AND I HATE IT.
These holidays, I'm making him come and study spesh with me.

pwwwaaaaah I just blogged for half an hour! now I must get back to real english homework mehehe.
